MUNGO EATS Latin America

Well, okay, we are still here.  Mostly, we faced a delay with the van and this set everything back one full day.  So, hopefully we will be off tomorrow instead.  The house is almost packed, despite what my beautiful daughter has to say about it.  The biggest task remaining on my list tomorrow is to get rid of the PILES of stuff I have everywhere…one pile of recycling (my brand new blue bin  is stuffed to overflowing), one pile of stuff to give to charity, one pile of trash…you get the idea.     

Sara’s post talks of what  she is looking foreward to and what she is going to miss.  Here is my list.

My family, friends, house, garden, quiet Canada and the Rockies.
